The story
His stepmom is laid up in a cast, and his dad has left for a two-week trip, so looking after her falls to him. At first it's practical: help getting out of bed, help getting dressed for an appointment, a zipper she can't reach. He offers whatever she needs, and she warns him that's a risky offer. Dad phones to check in, grateful his son is there. Episode 2 turns the evening routine into something else: more zippers, more thank-yous, a call with Dad while she's half undone and an invitation to lie down on a side of the bed that isn't his.
Where the heat comes from
Caring turns into closeness: dressing, zipping, tucking in, until the rules about helping blur. The phone calls with Dad add the guilt. Free episodes stay tender and teasing, and stop one invitation short of trouble.
Who it suits
A good match if you're drawn to a caretaker dynamic, slow soft temptation and a stepmom who's very good at asking for help.
