Room 742

The story

After a long day of travel, she wants a shower and a bed. The keycard works, the door opens, and a man is already standing in her room. The front desk checks and confirms room seven forty-two is hers. It's also his, and the hotel has nothing else free. She announces she's off to change and warns him to behave. He doesn't say a word, which is weirder. Episode 2 keeps them stuck together with one big question: who is he? She tries names on him and tests how long he'll stay quiet. It feels like a mix-up, but the setup hints that someone planned it.

Where the heat comes from

One room, one silent stranger and no other beds in the hotel. The mystery drives the early episodes: who is he, and why won't he talk? The free ones stick to the standoff, the humor and the almost-reveal.

Who it suits

A fit for mystery fans who like a stranger who won't talk and a heroine with a sharp tongue.
