The Groom's Personal Trainer

The story

With a wedding five days away, the groom walks into his trainer's studio, notices something he shouldn't and tries to think about the guest list instead. She catches it, laughs it off as an occupational hazard, and says the bride doesn't know how good she has it. Then real life interrupts: the venue is a disaster, someone's mother is feuding with the caterer and it all needs fixing right now. The trainer says it needn't be stressful in here. She asks him to lose the shirt for proper form, asks if marriage is really what he wants and tells him to return tomorrow, without his fiancée, for a program and extras.

Where the heat comes from

Forbidden fruit with a deadline: a groom close to the altar, a coach with a plan and a fiancée waiting just outside. The free episode stays at form checks, small talk and an invitation.

Who it suits

Pre-wedding jitters, a flirty trainer who loves a challenge and a hero who should really say no to tomorrow.
