Not Under My Roof

The story

The bride's mother shuts down the bachelor party at the family gathering: no party under her roof, and certainly not during her daughter's wedding week. He nods meekly. Then the bride goes up for a nap after too many brunch mimosas, and her mother beckons him somewhere quiet. A party gets talked about, she says, but a private one can stay a family matter. Episode 2 opens on a surprise: two of her friends, including Bianca, the bride's godmother, are waiting with a plan they call rehearsal dinner prep. The bride is right up the stairs, so everyone must be quiet, and the groom can't tell which woman scares him most.

Where the heat comes from

The thrill is the volume: a bride asleep upstairs, thin ceilings and three women who all have a say. Everything has to stay quiet, which makes every look louder. The free part stays suggestive and ends on a very pointed teaser.

Who it suits

Suits anyone who likes a bold older woman running the show, a groom with no veto and a plot where getting caught is the whole point.
