British Summer with my Stepbro

The story

Mona and her stepbrother are shipped off to spend the summer with a very polite family in Kent, and she can't resist teasing him on the way in. He tells her to behave around hosts who have two sons their age. Then Charlotte appears in the doorway and his concentration leaves the building. Episode 2 gives them neighboring rooms down the hall, a house that runs on tea at a fixed hour, and Mona treating the countdown to teatime as a dare: how much can she get away with before the bell? Then a door opens at the worst possible time, and the clock stops being on their side.

Where the heat comes from

The heat comes from a stepsibling crush played out in a house obsessed with manners. Every flirt has to squeeze between teatime and a hallway of listening ears, so what's free teases, gets interrupted and leaves you wanting the next door to open.

Who it suits

Good for anyone who likes stepsibling flirting with a comic edge, posh settings and a heroine who treats good manners as a dare.
