The Maid of Honor

The story

It's the wedding day, and the bride, Emma, is getting ready behind a closed bedroom door, because seeing her before the ceremony would bring bad luck. Her sister Mila, the maid of honor, has other plans. She tells herself she has two hours to change the groom's mind. She fixes his tie. She tells him she's wanted him since the day they met. He says he's getting married; she says, one time before you do. Episode 2 pins him between the bride he's meant to be waiting for and a sister with other ideas. Emma asks for her sister to do her hair, and Mila's answer is that the bride can wait.

Where the heat comes from

A locked door, a ticking schedule and a sister who knows exactly where the groom shouldn't look. The free episodes stay at whispers, fumbled ties and a nervous groom, with the wedding clock doing the heavy lifting.

Who it suits

Strictly for wedding-day dare lovers: a bold sister who ignores etiquette and a groom who loses every argument.
